Consider the Lilies exists to walk beside families in one of the hardest seasons of their lives. We serve Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas with practical support for foster families, biological families working toward reunification, and families who need help before a crisis escalates.

Why we started a foster care and family support nonprofit
Our story started when we stepped into foster care ourselves. We saw how many people care deeply, and we also saw how many families fall through the cracks because the system is overwhelmed. Caseworkers and agencies carry heavy caseloads, and even the best systems cannot provide the personal support families often need. That gap is where we choose to show up.

Support for foster parents and biological families
Foster families are asked to carry enormous emotional, physical, and financial burdens. Many feel isolated, tired, and unsure where to turn for help that is both practical and compassionate. Biological families are often handed impossible tasks while navigating grief, trauma, court requirements, transportation barriers, poverty, addiction recovery, or unstable housing. Many families do not lack love, they lack support.

We slow down and walk with people personally, connecting them to resources, offering encouragement, and helping meet tangible needs.
